Purchasing from Outdoor Attitude is the simplest thing in the world – even I could do it!! You can choose your goods by either browsing through each department or searching through the catalogue using key words. Once you have found the item(s) you want you simply add them to your shopping basket by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ icon. Once you have added an item to your basket you will be asked whether you want to CONFIRM, in which case the item will be added to your basket and you will be returned to the site to carry on shopping, or CHECK OUT in which case a screen will appear listing all the items you have chosen and giving you the total price plus shipping. You can then enter your card details to complete the transaction; or CANCEL in which case you can remove the item from your shopping basket and start again. You can amend or remove items from your basket at any time by clicking on the ‘View Cart’ icon.
Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and providing you with an order number which you should keep somewhere safe. You will need this number should you wish to contact us with any order related query.

The Outdoor Attitude has put a great deal of research time into providing the highest levels of security to make sure that your card transactions are 100% safe.
• Back Orders
We make every effort to ensure that all the items in our catalogue are in stock at the time of order. However, Skiing & Camping are seasonal activities (well – for most of us at least!), and when the weather is good our suppliers can sometimes be caught out and run out of stock. In the event of this happening you will be informed by e-mail that the goods are out of stock. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date and will also suggest an in-stock alternative. You can then choose to cancel your order, accept the alternative or put your original request on back-order and we will order it from our supplier. Once you have made the back order it will not be possible to cancel, but we will inform you before we dispatch. No monies will be debited from your account until the item has been delivered to us and is ready for despatch.
